Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StratForge LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service or its outputs.

StratForge is a web-based application that assists MetaTrader 5 ("MT5") traders in building algorithmic trading Expert Advisors ("EAs") using artificial intelligence. The Service guides users through a strategy interview, generates MQL5 EA source code, accepts backtest results for analysis, and provides AI-driven feedback.

The Service does not execute trades, manage accounts, provide brokerage services, or interact with any trading platform directly. All generated code is provided as MetaEditor-ready MQL5 source code for the user's own use.

StratForge LLC does not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity of the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

The service does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, or regulatory advice of any kind. All content and generated code are for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading foreign exchange, futures, equities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions. StratForge LLC expressly disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or negative outcomes arising from your use of generated EA code or any trading activity.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Algorithmic trading carries significant financial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.
• Generated EA code is produced by an AI model and has not been independently verified or audited by StratForge LLC.
• No trading strategy is guaranteed to be profitable.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code before deploying it in a live trading environment.

All MQL5 code generated by the Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind:

• Generated code may contain errors, bugs, logic flaws, or unexpected behavior.
• StratForge LLC makes no representation that generated code will compile successfully or produce profitable results.
• StratForge LLC claims no ownership over generated code but makes no representations regarding its originality, legality, or intellectual property status.
• You assume all risk associated with compiling, testing, and live-trading any generated code.

The StratForge application — including its design, interface, prompt architecture, strategy interview framework, AI workflow design, generation methodology, and underlying software — is owned by StratForge LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property and trade secret laws.

The structure, organization, prompts, algorithms, workflows, interview frameworks, and methodologies of the Service constitute proprietary trade secrets of StratForge LLC.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or broker rule.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's prompts or proprietary methodologies.
• Build datasets from the Service's outputs for training AI or machine learning models.
• Develop competing products or services using the Service or its outputs.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions.

To use EA generation features, you must supply your own Anthropic API key. By doing so:

• You confirm you are authorized to use the key under Anthropic's Terms of Service.
• You acknowledge the key is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to StratForge.
• You are solely responsible for all API usage charges billed by Anthropic.

The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. StratForge LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, outages, or billing systems of any third-party provider.

Unlimited access is available for a one-time payment of $9.99 USD processed through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Fraudulent payment activity, including unauthorized chargebacks, may result in immediate and permanent termination of access. StratForge LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery through all available legal means.

Strategy sessions, EA code, API keys, and other user data are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB storage. StratForge LLC has no access to this data and is not responsible for its loss, corruption, or deletion. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups.

StratForge LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive conduct. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. StratForge LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

StratForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses or loss of data.

In no event shall StratForge LLC's total liability exceed the greater of (a) $100.00 USD or (b) the total amount you paid to StratForge LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StratForge LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Any trading activity conducted using generated code
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Any third-party claim arising from software or strategies you create using the Service

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, contact us at support@strat-forge.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You and StratForge LLC agree that each may bring claims only on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or trade secrets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

These Terms, together with the StratForge Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StratForge LLC with respect to the Service.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

StratForge LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
