Privacy Policy

The following data is stored exclusively in your browser's IndexedDB local storage and is never transmitted to StratForge's servers:

• Your Anthropic API key
• Your trading strategy sessions and interview answers
• Backtest results you paste into the Service
• AI analysis results
• Your payment status (unlock token)

Generated MQL5 EA code and strategy inputs may be retained by StratForge in anonymized form for quality and diagnostic purposes as described in Section 5. No personal identifiers are included in any retained samples.

Data stored locally on your device is subject to the security of your own device and browser environment. StratForge LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access to locally stored data resulting from compromise of your device or browser.

StratForge is designed to minimize the amount of personal data we collect.

2.1 Email Address

When you request a strategy backup email or use the email-to-desktop feature, you provide your email address. We use this solely to send the requested email via Resend. Marketing or product communications are only sent with your explicit opt-in consent. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

2.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. StratForge does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. We receive only a payment confirmation event from Stripe.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

We may collect standard server logs and technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of access. The Service does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not use third-party analytics services that track you across other websites.

• Your Anthropic API key (stored locally only, never transmitted to us)
• Your backtest results (stored locally only)
• Your trading account credentials, broker information, or account balances
• Any data from your MetaTrader 5 platform
• Financial data of any kind

Note: anonymized strategy inputs and generated EA code samples may be retained for quality purposes as described in Section 5.

• To deliver transactional emails you have explicitly requested
• To process and confirm one-time payments
• To maintain and improve the technical operation of the Service
• To communicate product updates, only with your explicit opt-in consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

AI-generated outputs are informational only and do not constitute automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

StratForge may retain anonymized samples of strategy inputs and generated MQL5 EA code for internal quality testing, diagnostics, and product improvement purposes.

The following safeguards apply:

• All retained samples are stripped of personal identifiers before storage — no email, IP address, API key, or device identifier is associated with retained samples.
• Retained data is used solely for internal quality assurance and is not sold or shared with third parties.
• Retained data is not used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any external AI model.
• Samples are retained for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.

You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@strat-forge.com with the subject line "Quality Data Opt-Out." We will honor opt-out requests within 30 days. Previously retained anonymized samples cannot be identified or deleted once stripped of identifiers.

StratForge LLC is based in Oklahoma, United States. Our service providers — including Vercel, Resend, Stripe, and Cloudflare — operate primarily in the United States and may process data in other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

StratForge LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or security of any third-party service provider.

• Anonymized quality and diagnostic data: up to 24 months
• Server logs and technical usage data: 30 to 90 days
• Email addresses in Resend: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Payment records: retained by Stripe per their legal requirements
• Locally stored data: persists in your browser until you clear it

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in our control. No method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure.

The most sensitive data — your API key and all strategy data — is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. This significantly limits our exposure and yours.

In the event of a data breach affecting personal data we control, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights:

• Right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used
• Right to access a copy of your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to request deletion of your personal data
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data (StratForge does not sell or share personal data)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

These rights apply to residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with applicable privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us at support@strat-forge.com. We will respond within 45 days.

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for U.S.-based users. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at support@strat-forge.com and we will delete it promptly.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving StratForge LLC, personal data we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any material changes to how your data is handled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://strat-forge.com/privacy with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
